About the Project
This residential project at 112, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh showcases a design emphasis on texture, tone, and architectural detail. The façade and roofing elements have been crafted to deliver visual warmth, material distinction, and modern finish in consultation with Ar. Amit Gupta of M/s Alliance Architects & Interior Designers.
Our Contribution – UniBrick & Roofing Wood Elements
Unistone supplied and installed two distinct material systems across the property:
- UniBrick (8″ × 2.25″, Copper Red) – Delivered across approximately 1,500 sq. ft., bringing a rich brick-textured façade that complements the residence’s character.
- Roofing Wood (8″ × 6″ & 8″ × 12″, Charcoal) – Installed over approximately 1,000 sq. ft., adding bold contrast and refined texture to the roofing structure.
Both systems were selected for their durability and refined aesthetics, suitable for residential applications with long-term performance in mind.
Project Outcome
The completed residence now reflects Unistone’s craftsmanship in façade and roofing materials, resulting in a visually rich, durable, and modern exterior that aligns with the architectural vision and material palette of the design.
