About the Project
Eldeco Live By The Greens is one of the landmark residential developments in Sports City, Sector 150, Noida, designed to offer premium urban living surrounded by expansive green landscapes. Developed by Eldeco (Wondrous Buildmart Private Limited) and designed by A.C.P.L., the project reflects contemporary architecture complemented by high-performance façade solutions.
Our Contribution – Texture Coatings, GRC & FRP Systems
Unistone has been entrusted with executing a comprehensive façade package comprising Texture Coatings, GRC Screens, and FRP Screens across multiple residential towers.
The project includes:
- Unistone Unirock applied over approximately 15,00,000 sq. ft., providing a durable textured finish with a natural stone appearance.
- Unistone Superfine covering approximately 3,00,000 sq. ft., delivering a smooth and elegant architectural finish.
- Unistone Plain Texture Coating across approximately 1,50,000 sq. ft., creating clean and contemporary façade surfaces.
- Unistone GRC Screens spanning approximately 35,000 sq. ft., adding architectural depth, shading, and visual character.
- Unistone FRP Screens covering approximately 41,500 sq. ft., contributing lightweight yet durable decorative façade elements.
Together, these façade systems create a harmonious architectural expression while ensuring long-term durability, weather resistance, and low maintenance.
Project Progress
The execution has been planned in multiple phases to align with the overall construction schedule.
