This large-scale institutional project stands out for its fusion of contemporary design with regional sensibilities, brought to life through the use of custom-designed GRC Jali panels by Unistone.
Precision-Engineered GRC for Design & Functionality
The use of Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) added an extra layer of depth and intricacy to the facade design. These panels were not just decorative but served vital functional purposes—enhancing natural ventilation, reducing solar heat gain, and contributing to the building’s energy efficiency.
Each GRC Jali panel, sized at 1709 x 1709 mm, was manufactured to strict quality specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finesse. The repetitive pattern across the elevation adds rhythm to the structure while offering ease of installation and long-term durability.

Spanning over 25,000 square feet, the total area of GRC Jali used in this project demonstrates Unistone’s ability to handle high-volume, time-bound deliveries without compromising on quality.
