Designed by M/s Design Plus, the project incorporates elegant façade elements that enhance the hotel’s visual identity while delivering functional performance suited to a world-class hospitality environment.
Our Contribution – GRC Screens
Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Screens for the project, creating a façade solution that seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality.
The GRC Screen system was designed to:
- Enhance the architectural character of the hotel with elegant façade detailing.
- Provide controlled daylight and natural ventilation while maintaining privacy.
- Create depth, texture, and visual interest across the building elevation.
- Complement the contemporary design language of the resort.
- Deliver a lightweight, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance façade solution suitable for hospitality projects.
Each GRC Screen was precision manufactured under stringent quality standards to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and seamless integration with the overall architectural composition.
