About the Project
The Multilevel Elevated Car Parking at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Connaught Place, is a landmark urban infrastructure project developed to address the growing parking requirements in the heart of New Delhi while maintaining the architectural character of one of the city’s most prominent commercial districts. Designed by M/s Design Plus, the project integrates functional infrastructure with refined architectural detailing through the use of customised GRC elements.
Our Contribution – GRC Architectural Features & Screens
Unistone supplied and executed a comprehensive range of custom-designed GRC Architectural Features and GRC Screens, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the parking structure.
The scope included:
- Custom GRC Architectural Features: Designed to provide distinctive façade detailing and strengthen the project’s architectural identity.
- GRC Screens: Engineered to facilitate natural ventilation while enhancing the visual appeal of the elevation.
- Integrated Façade Design: The combination of architectural features and screening elements creates depth, rhythm, and a cohesive façade composition.
- Durable & Low-Maintenance Solution: GRC offers excellent weather resistance and long-term performance, making it ideal for high-traffic public infrastructure.
Each element was precision manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and seamless integration with the overall architectural design.
