Located on Feroz Gandhi Road, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, this commercial building has been designed with a focus on contemporary architecture, incorporating façade elements that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Designed by Mr. Kamal Raj of M/s Kamal Raj Architects, the project reflects a clean architectural language complemented by customised GRC detailing.
Our Contribution – GRC Jali
Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Jali elements, adding architectural depth and functional performance to the building façade.
The GRC Jali system was designed to:
- Enhance the elevation with elegant architectural detailing.
- Allow controlled natural light and ventilation while maintaining privacy.
- Create depth, texture, and a distinctive visual identity for the façade.
- Complement the modern architectural design of the commercial building.
- Deliver a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance exterior solution.
Each GRC Jali element was precision-manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface quality, and seamless integration with the overall façade composition.
