Located in the heart of Dheerpur, Delhi, Samkalp Bhawan is a distinguished institutional campus that bridges the heritage of traditional Indian architecture with contemporary construction methodologies.
Designed by Sahko Consultants LLP, led by architect Bhupendra Kumar, and executed in close collaboration with Shyam Ji Construction, the project reflects cultural rootedness, civic identity, and modern functionality.
At the heart of this vision is Unistone’s signature Stone Crete Cladding, setting the tone for an architectural narrative grounded in durability, texture, and timeless appeal.

Stone Crete Cladding – The Signature Element
The defining element of Samkalp Bhawan is its expansive Stone Crete façade, spanning over 13,400 square feet using modular 300 x 600 mm panels.

This modern material allowed the building to achieve a warm, earthy expression while maintaining the strength and regularity required by contemporary architecture.
GRC & FRP Detailing
Unistone provided a complete package of Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) elements that add classical charm and architectural depth:
- GRC Elements: Cornices, columns, and 115 precision-moulded brackets
- Embossed GRC Panel: Custom-crafted to echo cultural motifs
- FRP Jali: 665 sq. ft of decorative latticework for daylight and airflow
Roofing & Landscape Stonework
The project’s horizontal surfaces are finished with natural stones, combining texture, longevity, and beauty across rooftops and walkways:
- Slate Roofing: 1,000 Sq. Ft. for sleek and weatherproof top finishes
- Mini Radial Stone (12×12): 1,500 Sq. Ft for transitional gradients
- Valley Stone (8×16): 2,500 Sq. Ft. enhancing pedestrian zones
- Cobble Stone Paving (6×6): 4,600 Sq. Ft. for stability and heritage rhythm
All stones were hand-laid by Unistone’s skilled masons, ensuring a long-lasting finish and craftsmanship.
