About the Project
The Storii by ITC Hotels – Narindera Orchards in Kufri, Himachal Pradesh, is a premium hospitality destination that captures the charm of mountain architecture blended with modern sophistication. Designed by Mr. Hemant Jindal, the project reflects natural harmony, texture diversity, and refined craftsmanship, perfectly suited to the serene surroundings of Kufri’s landscape.
Our Contribution – Multi-Material Façade & Detailing
Unistone supplied and executed a comprehensive combination of stone, brick, and GRC finishes to achieve a distinct façade character that blends elegance with endurance.
- Country Stone (Delhi Stone): Approx. 11,000 sq. ft. – Provides natural rugged texture and warmth to the façade.
- Da Vinci Cliff Stone (Atalic White): Approx. 1,600 sq. ft. – Adds sophistication with its refined stone pattern.
- Country Brick (Zara White): Approx. 1,200 sq. ft. – Offers smooth tonal contrast and subtle balance.
- UniBrick Rustic (Zara Red): Approx. 5,500 sq. ft. – Enhances depth and brings a warm, earthy tone.
- GRC Moulding: 1,200 Running Ft. – Adds architectural definition and fine detailing to the façade edges.
