Designed by Mr. Rajat Andley of M/s Rajat Andley & Associates, the project incorporates customised façade elements that enhance the building’s architectural identity while complementing its hospitality-oriented design.
Our Contribution – GRC Jali
Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Jali elements, adding both aesthetic value and functional performance to the façade.
The GRC Jali system was developed to:
- Enhance the elevation with elegant architectural detailing.
- Provide controlled natural light and ventilation while maintaining privacy.
- Create depth, texture, and visual interest across the façade.
- Complement the contemporary architectural language of the guest house.
- Deliver a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance exterior solution.
Each GRC Jali element was precision manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and seamless integration with the overall architectural design.
