Restoring the Original Look
This project was designed as a replica of the old building that once stood at the site. Our goal was to ensure that the new structure matched the appearance and character of the original as closely as possible.

To achieve this, our team carried out several colour and texture trials. We worked closely with the architects to develop a custom stone finish that matched the natural ageing and weathering of the old façade.
Materials Used
Product | Quantity Used |
---|---|
Davinci Cultured Stone (Ashlar Series – Wall Cobble) | 1,610 sq. ft. |
GRC Embossed Panels | 54 Running Meter |
GRC Jali | 16 Sets |
GRC Window Frame Jalis | 4 Sets |
The Davinci Cultured Stone was specially developed for this project. We used the Ashlar Series – Wall Cobble, which helped us capture the stone texture and joint patterns seen in the original structure. Each piece was chosen and placed carefully to achieve a natural and authentic look.
A Modern Build with a Historic Soul
Matching the old building’s details was not easy—it took time, planning, and experimentation. But the final result speaks for itself. The CEO’s Office now stands as a modern structure with the soul of the original, blending beautifully with the surroundings of Kashmiri Gate.
Conclusion
The CEO’s Office project is a great example of how modern construction can respect the past. With the combined efforts of the architects, contractor, and our team, we were able to bring a historical design back to life using carefully developed materials and thoughtful detailing.
We are honoured to have been a part of this unique and meaningful restoration.
