The BSCPL Office in Sector 32, Gurugram, is a contemporary commercial development designed to achieve a harmonious balance between functionality and architectural elegance. Conceived by M/s Morphogenesis, the project incorporates thoughtfully designed façade elements that enhance the building’s identity while contributing to environmental performance.
Our Contribution – GRC Jali
Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Jali elements for the project, adding both architectural character and functional value to the building envelope.
The GRC Jali system was developed to:
- Enhance the façade with elegant architectural detailing.
- Allow controlled natural light and ventilation.
- Create visual depth and texture across the elevation.
- Complement the contemporary design language of the office building.
- Deliver a durable, low-maintenance solution for long-term exterior performance.
Manufactured with precision and high-quality craftsmanship, each GRC Jali panel was produced to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and seamless integration with the overall façade design.
