The Multilevel Elevated Car Parking at Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi, is a key urban infrastructure project developed to meet the increasing parking demands of one of the capital’s busiest commercial destinations. Designed by Mr. Alok Ahluwalia of M/s Design Plus, the project integrates contemporary architectural design with durable façade solutions, creating a structure that is both functional and visually appealing.

Our Contribution – GRC Panels

Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Panels, providing a high-quality façade system that enhances the architectural character of the parking structure.

The GRC Panel system was designed to:

  • Create a clean and contemporary architectural façade.
  • Enhance the building elevation with uniform panel detailing and refined surface finishes.
  • Add depth, texture, and visual consistency across the structure.
  • Deliver a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance exterior solution suitable for public infrastructure.
  • Ensure precision manufacturing for seamless installation and long-term performance.

Each GRC Panel was manufactured under stringent quality standards to achieve dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and flawless integration with the overall architectural design.
