About the Project
The Residence at Ramganga Vihar, Moradabad, is a premium residential development designed to combine modern textures with classical details. Conceptualized by Ar. R. K. Mallik of M/s Mallik & Associates, the design integrates multiple Unistone materials to create a façade that is both rich in visual variety and structurally refined.
Our Contribution – Multi-Material Façade Solution
Unistone supplied and executed a combination of stone, wood, brick, and GRC elements, blending natural tones with architectural harmony.
- Riverdale (Chestnut Brown): Adds natural stone texture and depth to the façade.
- UniBrick (Copper Yellow): Enhances warmth and rhythm across larger surface areas.
- Antique Wood (Wooden Texture): Introduces rustic charm and subtle grain detailing.
- Hard Wood (Wooden Chocolate): Brings dark tonal contrast for visual definition.
- GRC Jali (Dholpur): Provides decorative detailing and ventilation aesthetics.
