About the Project
The Residence at Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, opposite the ALT Centre, is a contemporary home designed to blend texture, colour, and traditional detailing in perfect harmony. The architectural concept emphasises warm earthy tones paired with intricate GRC craftsmanship to achieve a façade that feels both timeless and elegant.
Our Contribution – UniBrick, Valley Stone & GRC Jali
Unistone supplied and executed a combination of brick, stone, and GRC elements, covering the entire façade with coordinated materials and finishes.
- UniBrick (Agra Red & Copper Red): Approx. 10,000 sq. ft. – Provides warmth and rhythmic texture to the structure.
- Valley Stone (8″ × 16″, Dholpur): Approx. 2,000 sq. ft. – Adds depth and contrast with a natural stone appearance.
- GRC Jali (Lodhi Pattern, Dholpur): Approx. 500 sq. ft. – Introduces ornamental design and ventilation aesthetics.
Project Outcome
The façade of the Raj Nagar Residence now showcases Unistone’s expertise in multi-material residential façades, seamlessly combining brick textures, stone panels, and decorative GRC jalis to create a visually rich, durable, and architecturally refined home exterior.
