About the Project
The Residence – 1 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is a modern residential project that showcases a balance between natural warmth and contemporary design. The architecture, conceptualised by Ar. Amit Gupta of M/S Alliance Architects & Engineers combines earthy tones with bold textures to create a distinctive and elegant façade composition.
Our Contribution – UniBrick & Roofing Wood Applications
Unistone supplied and executed a combination of UniBrick (Chestnut Brown) and Roofing Wood (Charcoal) finishes to enhance the façade’s visual depth and architectural definition.
- UniBrick (8″ × 2.25″, Chestnut Brown): Adds warmth and texture to the exterior walls.
- Roofing Wood (6″ × 8″ & 8″ × 12″, Charcoal): Offers a bold contrast and modern touch to the structure’s design.
