About the Project
My Home Sayuk consists of high-rise residential towers (G+39) designed to combine modern aesthetics with functional architecture. The project emphasizes clean lines, visually appealing façades, and durable material solutions for all visible and service shafts.
Our Contribution – Aluminum & UPVC Louvers
Unistone handled the supply, at-site fabrication, and installation of both aluminum louvers and UPVC louvers for the project:
- Fixed Aluminum Louvers (Solid RAL Shades, Jindal Section): Installed on all visible shafts, giving a sleek and contemporary look to the towers.
- UPVC Fixed Louvers (M/s Simta Clear Coats): Supplied and installed on all service shafts, ensuring functional ventilation while maintaining visual consistency.
- Phase-wise Execution:
- Phase 1 Aluminum Louvers – 2 Towers: 30,000 sq. ft.
- Phase 2 Aluminum Louvers – 4 Towers: 50,000 sq. ft.
- Phase 1 UPVC Louvers – 6 Towers: 85,000 sq. ft.
- Phase 2 UPVC Louvers (Ongoing) – 21,500 sq. ft.
