Project Spotlight: Arunanchal Sadan – Dwarka

Located in the heart of Dwarka, New Delhi, Arunachal Sadan stands as a proud architectural landmark designed to reflect both functionality and cultural elegance. Completed in January 2024, this project was commissioned by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) and executed with precision by Ganpati Constructions, under the architectural expertise of Mr. Sunil Saini.

Contemporary Aesthetics with Clay Façade Panels

This 8,500 sq. ft. structure showcases modern façade innovation through the use of Clay Façade Panels (CFP) in a distinctive Brick Pattern (297 x 97 mm). The earthy tones and texture of the panels not only provide a timeless look but also contribute to long-term durability, thermal insulation, and minimal maintenance—ideal for institutional and government buildings.

The design aims to balance modern construction with natural aesthetics, ensuring that the structure harmonizes with its surroundings while standing out through precision detailing and sustainable materials.
