Installation

Dry Fixing with Concrete Nailer

High carbide galvanised steel concrete nails are applied with a pneumatic concrete nailer.

The substrate can be cement plaster, level concrete, a plumb brick wall, cement board, or other materials.

In the case of the MS framework, fasten cement boards with a screw on the MS framework and then apply UniStone GRC Stone Veneer.

Apply UniStone joint filler in the grooves and on top of the nails. Wipe off excess filler immediately with a damp cloth.

Base plaster should be plumb and level. We recommend cement: coarse sand in a ratio of 1:3 for base plaster. To ensure crack-free plaster use MS wire mesh reinforcement.
