UniStone Stone Crete SFP is a high-quality façade solution, designed to
give immaculate fixing on high rise buildings. This product shall give your
building an unique and enduring architectural expression.
Throughout the centuries natural stone has been a predominant feature in
broad range of architectural works, and by tradition it will rightly hold a
position of prestige in the future. However, over the years many limitations
in today’s use of natural stone have become evident.
Natural stone is not always the ideal solution to express new and innovative
aesthetic and functional ideas of contemporary architectural projects.
Therefore it has become a necessity to offer, in parallel to the evolution in tastes and the pace of life we live in today’s society new solutions and new technical and aesthetic proposals in masonry materials for the building and architectural industries.
We have developed an immaculate invisible fixing system using our, copy-right designed, aluminium rail channel system. Panels are supported in their entire length, this makes it possible to install upto 100 storey or more. No sealants used. Joints are not air tight.
Expansion and contraction of panels can take place unobstructed. This occludes the formation of fissures or cracks in the building envelope.
UniStone Stone Crete SFP uses a proprietary inhouse developed Aluminium rail joint system which gives uniform and precise joint grooves of various dimensions.
The Aluminium joints channels are SOP powder coated with the colour of your choice.

Hybrid Fixing methodology which turns impossible cladding situations into sustainable solutions. We have clubbed cementitious high polymer content exterior grade adhesive with Anchor Sleeve fasteners, where the fasteners provide an extra anchoring security, without effecting the aesthetics of the façade. This Hybrid system is designed for achieving stone Crete facades, up to any height.
