About the Project

The Multilevel Car Parking at Janakpuri West Metro Station is an important urban infrastructure project developed to address the growing parking requirements of one of Delhi’s busiest metro transit hubs. Designed by Ar. Dalip Thareja of M/s Dalip Thareja Associates for Unity Group, the project integrates contemporary architectural design with high-performance façade systems to create a structure that is both functional and visually appealing.

Our Contribution – GRC Screens

Unistone supplied and executed custom-designed GRC Screens, delivering a façade solution that enhances the architectural character of the parking facility while providing functional benefits.

The GRC Screen system was designed to:

  • Enhance the building façade with clean and contemporary architectural detailing.
  • Provide controlled natural ventilation while partially screening service and parking areas.
  • Create depth, texture, and visual rhythm across the building elevations.
  • Complement the modern architectural language of the public infrastructure.
  • Deliver a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance façade solution suitable for high-traffic urban environments.

Each GRC Screen was precision manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and seamless integration with the overall architectural design.

Project Outcome

The Multilevel Car Parking at Janakpuri West Metro Station showcases Unistone’s expertise in customised GRC Screen systems, delivering a façade that successfully combines architectural aesthetics with functional performance. The completed project reflects Unistone’s commitment to precision craftsmanship, innovative façade engineering, and durable GRC solutions for large-scale public infrastructure developments.
