About the Project
Lemon Tree Hotel, located in Aerocity, Mahipalpur, New Delhi, is a premium hospitality development designed to offer contemporary luxury with thoughtfully crafted architectural spaces. Designed by Ar. Saurabh Dalal and Ar. Rajat Kumar Biswal of M/s Designplus Architecture Pvt. Ltd., the project combines modern design aesthetics with durable façade solutions to create a welcoming and visually distinctive hotel environment.
Our Contribution – GRC Screens, GRC Panels & GRC Planters
Unistone supplied and executed a comprehensive range of custom-designed GRC architectural elements, including GRC Screens, GRC Panels, and GRC Planters, enhancing both the façade and landscape architecture of the hotel.
The scope included:
- GRC Screens: Designed to provide architectural depth, controlled natural light, ventilation, and visual privacy.
- GRC Panels: Manufactured to create clean, contemporary elevations with precise detailing and seamless surface finishes.
- GRC Planters: Custom-designed to integrate landscape elements with the building architecture, enhancing outdoor spaces and the overall guest experience.
