About the Project
Leo’Z County, located opposite AIIMS Hospital on Dabwali Road, Bathinda, is a premium residential township designed to offer a blend of modern infrastructure and aesthetically appealing outdoor spaces. The project required durable and visually engaging hardscape solutions capable of enhancing streetscapes, walkways, landscape areas, and common outdoor zones.
Our Contribution – Stamped Concrete Solutions
Unistone executed approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of Stamped Concrete, incorporating multiple patterns and colour combinations to create varied visual experiences throughout the development.
The project features:
- Garden Stone Pattern in Dholpur and Wooden shades, creating warm and natural landscape surfaces.
- Large Ashlar Pattern in Dholpur and Wooden shades, delivering a refined stone appearance with a timeless character.
- Random Stone Pattern in Medium Grey, adding texture and visual depth to selected outdoor zones.
- Apian Cobble Pattern in Delhi Stone shade, providing a classic cobbled-stone aesthetic suitable for pathways and common areas.
The combination of these patterns allows different outdoor spaces to maintain their own identity while remaining visually connected throughout the development.
