About the Project
The GPRA Kasturba Sewa Nagar project in INA, New Delhi, is a major government housing redevelopment project designed to deliver modern infrastructure while maintaining architectural elegance and durability. Designed by C. P. Kukreja Architects, the development is managed by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), with advanced surveillance and security systems integrated throughout the complex. With Unistone’s façade materials contributing to the architectural envelope, and CEM India Projects Limited as the contractor, the project emphasises quality materials and refined façade treatments.
Our Contribution – FSBV (Flexible Stone and Brick Veneer)
Unistone supplied FSBV – Flexible Stone and Brick Veneer panels in 600 × 1200 mm size with a Dholpur finish, covering approximately 12,000 sq. meters of façade surface.
