Colour is the defining element of any facade. UniStone KFP – Kolor Facade Panels guarantee a perfect finish and a durable and attractive result. The core consists of fibre cement, wrapped around with ceramic colour coating and a clear washable finish. The pane edges are squared and coloured with the same coating as on the facade. That way, your facade looks uniform, regardless of any angle.
Ceramic Penetrative colour coating uses silicon dioxide bond as its building block and is imperious to the effects of UV and therefore external facade-resistant. The penetrative coating makes an inseparable chemical bond to become an integral part of the cementitious surface. The colour matrix cannot blister or bubble or delaminate.

UniStone KFP Facade Panel uses a proprietary in-house developed Aluminium rail joint system, which gives uniform and precise joint grooves of various dimensions. The Aluminium joint channels are SDP powder-coated with the colour of your choice.
We have developed an immaculate invisible fixing system using our copy – right designed, aluminum rail channel system. Panels are supported in their entire length, this makes it possible to install upto 100 storeys or more. No sealants used. Joints are not air tight.
Thermal movement of panels
